Telecommunications

We have considerable knowledge and experience in the telecommunications sector. The firm represented the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority during the year 2004-2005 after the issuance of the Telecommunication Law in 2002. As such, we are considered to be one of the few firm in Bahrain that are able to work on behalf of the related governmental bodies, regulators and telecommunications operators. We provide our services in the area of telecommunication regulation especially concerning access, interconnection, licensing, tariffs and provide input to consultations and draft documents as well as proceeding with the establishment of telecommunication operators. We can also draw on the experience of our lawyers who were previously seconded to the TRA.
